Question 1

What exactly does IDEH do?

Accepted Answer

We work across four ecosystems: digital engineering (software, websites, apps and AI), business growth (market research, branding and strategy), hospitality (complete café ecosystems) and industrial engineering (CAD design and professional 3D printing). One team does all of it.

Question 2

I only have an idea. Where do we start?

Accepted Answer

With the idea. Every project begins with thought: we look at the problem, the people and the market together until it's clear what is worth building. You don't need a technical spec in hand.

Question 3

How does a project with IDEH run?

Accepted Answer

In three steps, in the order our mark is read: thought (research and strategy), word (design and definition) and deed (engineering, launch and growth). We review the result together at the end of each step before moving on.

Question 4

How are cost and timeline decided?

Accepted Answer

Every project is different, so we don't work from a fixed price list. After a first conversation and a clear view of the problem, we propose scope, timeline and cost in writing.

Question 5

Do you stay with us after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Growth is the last stage of our process: after launch we keep watching the product and keep making it better.

Question 6

Do you build your own products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We built Barsaav Slicer, an industrial slicer for professional 3D printers, and IDEH Twin — a digital twin for businesses — is in development. We bring that experience to client work.
